Cancellation Options.
Headed There Anyway is a communication platform. Because all arrangements are made directly between users, cancellations are managed by the community members involved.
No Platform Refunds
Since we do not process payments or hold "Fair Fees" in escrow, Headed There Anyway cannot issue refunds. Any financial disputes must be settled directly between the Sender and the Traveler.
Direct Cancellation
If you need to cancel, you must notify the other party immediately through the forum messaging system. This is a matter of community integrity and mutual respect.
How to handle a change of plans
Message Early
Life happens. If your route changes or an item is no longer available, let the other person know ASAP.
Settle Fees
If any partial payment was made outside the platform, discuss a fair return based on the notice given.
Archive the Chat
Once both parties agree to cancel, simply archive the thread to keep your dashboard clean.
