Neutral Status
We are a neutral marketplace connecting independent users. We are not a broker, agent, or logistics provider.
No Warranty
Service is provided 'As-Is'. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any user interaction.
Liability Limit
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is strictly capped at $100 or fees paid.
01. Neutral Marketplace Status
The Service operates solely as a neutral online platform that facilitates connections, communications, and listings between independent Users. The Service is not a buyer, seller, reseller, broker, agent, employer, contractor, insurer, guarantor, or logistics provider.
All transactions and arrangements are conducted solely between Users at their own risk.
02. No Responsibility for Transactions
The Service assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for:
- Interaction between Users
- Quality, safety, or legality of goods
- Payment disputes or fraud
- Theft, scams, or misrepresentations
- User-generated content or reviews
03 & 04. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER DURING THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
06. User Conduct & Compliance
Users agree not to: Violate any law; Commit fraud; Post illegal or harmful content; Circumvent platform protections; or Harass other Users. Users are solely responsible for compliance with all local laws, licensing, and taxes.
08. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service and its owners from any and all claims, damages, and attorney’s fees arising out of User conduct, content, or disputes.
09. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration. Users waive any right to participate in class actions or collective lawsuits.
